Key Responsibilities – Branch Relationship Officer (BRO)
Business Development & Sales
- Generate business for Aditya Birla Capital products such as life insurance, health insurance, mutual funds, loans, and other financial solutions
- Acquire new customers through field activities, referrals, and local market engagement
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
Customer Onboarding & Service Support
- Assist customers in completing application forms, documentation, and onboarding processes
- Ensure accurate and complete KYC and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely processing, approval, and activation
- Provide post-sales support and resolve basic customer queries
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers and business partners
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Support renewals, repeat business, and cross-selling opportunities across product lines
Channel & Partner Coordination
- Work closely with branch teams, relationship managers, and channel partners to meet business objectives
- Support partner onboarding and assist in driving productivity and business growth
- Participate in local marketing and promotional activities
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI/RBI (where applicable) and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and leads
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly activity and performance reports
Branch & Team Support
- Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth service delivery and customer experience
- Contribute to branch growth through consistent sales performance and service quality
