Training Details (Bank Provides)
Before joining, selected candidates may undergo 4 months job training in Bangalore (with salary).

Key Responsibilities (Sales / Operations)
Depending on the assigned department, the Deputy Manager will handle the following responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition and expand the branch customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Promote banking products such as savings/current accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, and other financial services
- Guide customers on product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria
- Ensure proper completion of onboarding and KYC documentation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through ethical and professional practices
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase revenue
Operations Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Handle customer service requests, queries, and complaint resolution
- Monitor account opening, transaction processing, and service delivery
- Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely processing and approvals
- Maintain operational standards as per bank policies and RBI guidelines
- Support branch team members to improve efficiency and service quality
