Location will be assigned based on vacancy & availability.


Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any Degree with minimum 50%
Age Limit: 21 to 28 years
Gender: Any (as per hiring policy)
Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply


Training Details (Bank Provides)

Before joining, selected candidates may undergo 4 months job training in Bangalore (with salary).
During training, the bank provides:

Key Responsibilities (Sales / Operations)

Depending on the assigned department, the Deputy Manager will handle the following responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities

  • Drive customer acquisition and expand the branch customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Promote banking products such as savings/current accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, and other financial services
  • Guide customers on product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria
  • Ensure proper completion of onboarding and KYC documentation
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through ethical and professional practices
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase revenue

Operations Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Handle customer service requests, queries, and complaint resolution
  • Monitor account opening, transaction processing, and service delivery
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate with internal departments for timely processing and approvals
  • Maintain operational standards as per bank policies and RBI guidelines
  • Support branch team members to improve efficiency and service quality
