Location will be assigned based on vacancy & availability.


Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any Degree with minimum 50%
Age Limit: 20 to 25 years
Gender: Any (as per hiring policy)
Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply


Training Details (Bank Provides)

Before joining, selected candidates may undergo 14 days job training in Bangalore (with salary).
During training, the bank provides:

Key Responsibilities – Business Development Officer (BDO)

Business Development & Customer Acquisition

  • Acquire new customers for savings accounts, current accounts, and other banking products
  • Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and local market outreach
  • Promote bank products such as deposits, loans, debit cards, and digital banking services
  • Explain product features, benefits, charges, and eligibility clearly to customers
  • Achieve assigned monthly acquisition and business targets

Customer Onboarding & Service Support

  • Assist customers in account opening and onboarding processes
  • Ensure complete and accurate KYC documentation as per RBI guidelines
  • Coordinate with branch and backend teams for timely account activation
  • Provide post-onboarding support to ensure customer satisfaction

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to understand customer needs
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance branch business growth

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to bank policies and RBI norms
  • Maintain proper records of customer details and business activities
  • Submit daily/weekly reports to branch management

Branch & Team Support

  • Work closely with branch staff to support business objectives
  • Contribute to branch growth through consistent field performance
