Available regions include:

  • Puducherry-pondicherry

Location will be assigned based on vacancy & availability.


Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any Degree with minimum 60%
Age Limit: 21 to 28 years
Gender: Any (as per hiring policy)
Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply


Training Details (Bank Provides)

Before joining, selected candidates may undergo 4 months job training in Bangalore (with salary).
During training, the bank provides:

  5. ✅ Certificate in Banking / Finance

Training helps you learn banking operations, customer handling, and job responsibilities confidently.


Key Responsibilities – Acquisition Relationship Manager

Sales & Acquisition Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers for savings and current accounts (CASA)
  • Generate leads through field visits, references, and local market activities
  • Promote banking products such as accounts, debit cards, loans, insurance, and investment products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers
  • Explain product features, charges, and benefits clearly to customers
  • Ensure proper KYC documentation and smooth onboarding process
  • Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities to increase branch business growth

Relationship & Service Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular follow-up with customers for service and product support
  • Resolve customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Coordinate with branch operations team for account activation and processing
  • Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and bank policies
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Support branch team in achieving overall business goals
