Education: Any Degree with minimum 50%
Age Limit: 30 years or below

Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply


Training Details (Company Provides)

Before joining, selected candidates may undergo 4 months job training in Bangalore (with salary).

Key Responsibilities – Sales Manager – HDFC Life

Sales Growth & Business Development

  • Drive sales of life insurance products such as term plans, savings plans, ULIPs, retirement plans, and child plans
  • Develop new business through advisor network and channel partners
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly premium targets
  • Promote HDFC Life products by explaining benefits, coverage, and long-term advantages

Team Management & Performance

  • Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors and sales executives
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching
  • Conduct daily reviews and ensure productivity targets are achieved

Customer & Advisor Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with customers and advisors
  • Conduct financial need analysis and recommend suitable insurance solutions
  • Support renewal premium collection and policy persistency
  • Encourage cross-selling and upselling opportunities

Operations & Policy Support

  • Oversee smooth policy issuance and documentation process
  • Ensure proper KYC compliance and proposal accuracy
  • Coordinate with underwriting and backend teams for timely servicing

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate sales records and MIS reports
  • Submit performance reports to senior management

Branch & Channel Coordination

  • Work closely with branch and distribution teams
  • Contribute to sustainable business growth through leadership and service quality
