Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any Degree with minimum 50%
Age Limit: 30 years or below
Gender: Any (as per hiring policy)
Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply


Training Details (Company Provides)

Before joining, selected candidates may undergo 5.5 months job training in Bangalore (with salary).
During training, the company provides:

Key Responsibilities – Sales Manager

Sales Growth & Business Development

  • Drive sales of general insurance products such as motor, health, personal accident, travel, and commercial insurance
  • Develop new business through team-led sales activities and market expansion
  • Plan and execute local sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly premium targets
  • Promote products by clearly explaining coverage, benefits, pricing, and policy features

Team Management & Performance

  • Recruit, train, guide, and motivate sales executives and agents to achieve targets
  • Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular coaching
  • Set clear goals and ensure productivity through daily tracking and reviews

Customer & Partner Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and partners
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through solution-based selling
  • Support renewal business, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities

Operations & Customer Support

  • Oversee smooth policy issuance, documentation, and onboarding process
  • Ensure accurate completion of proposal forms and KYC documents
  • Coordinate with internal underwriting and operations teams

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate sales records, MIS, and pipeline data
  • Submit regular performance reports to management

Branch & Channel Coordination

  • Work closely with branch operations and distribution channels
  • Contribute to sustainable business growth through leadership and service quality
